We provide protection in the Canadian Provinces of Alberta, Manitoba, Nevada, New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Ontario, and Prince Edward Island.

State Specific Information:
Florida
The 12-month Realtor product is not offered, however, there are 3- and 6-month terms available.
In Florida, our product does not fall into the legal definition of a “home warranty”.
Texas
Customers will be reimbursed for repairs.
